Dear Nadra, Another great trip. We had a spectacular 2 weeks. You orchestrated everything magnificently. I had no idea we would be having our own guide for the entire 10 days in Tanzania. Sham was wonderful. A very nice man with an unbelievable set of eagle eyes! The hotels were terrific and the service phenomenal. And then there was my birthday celebration Nadra… At both the Four Seasons and Kirawira, on our last nights they surprised us with private dinners set pool side. Unforgettable.
Nadra, I cannot thank you enough for your hard work and expertise. It is so nice knowing I do not have to worry about a thing, you take care of it all.

Finally got round to writing to you guys to thank you for so professionally and thoroughly organising the holiday that we wanted with a minimum of fuss – it was absolutely fantastic! – We did all we wanted to do and more. You definitely over delivered on every expectation. I have to say Peter, our driver was tremendous and very uncomplaining about one or two last minute changes or requests – I cannot commend him highly enough – he really looked after us.
We would be very happy to recommend SafarisOnline to anyone and everyone! – indeed, we have already done so !

Thanks to Nadra for all your advice and help in the (slightly last minute on my part) planning of the trip. In particular, I would like to thank Alex our guide who is fantastically knowledgeable, patient, kind, humourous and really made our trip special. He has phenomenally keen eyes for spotting wildlife, however far away and well camouflaged and put up with all our inane questions and keeness to spend just five more minutes looking at whatever it was. Always immaculately turned out and with a spotless jeep regardless of the weather, he is a real treasure and we are very grateful to him for the brilliant experience we had.

I know this has ended up sounding a bit gushing but working in a service industry myself, I believe you should tell people when things were good as well as when they weren’t. Thank you again to all of you for what we both agree was one of our best holidays ever. You will be recommended with the highest praise to our friends and families.
